Career Jeers

Introducing: --

The kids have suffered an agonizing afternoon at the hands of a career placement test, and
they are all complaining about it except Stacy. Shes curious to see what the
results are. Everyone else already knows what they want to be when they grow up, however,
and they just laugh off the test.

Predictably, the test results come in, and everyone gets a positive result except
you guessed it Stacy. The test somehow concludes she cant get a job at all
because shes an underachiever.
No amount of encouragement from the kids can get her to cheer up. She
believes shes doomed to be a dunce and has taken to studying like mad in order to
compensate.

Inspired, Stacy attempts to find a vocation with disastrous results.
She runs off to see if she can mope correctly.
The next time Stacy sees her friends, they are all struggling with one problem or another.
She helps them all out without thinking proving to herself that she is competent
and can choose any career.

What she chooses next is to be the lead singer in the next number.

I gave this episode 4 mics because its valid. Stacy herself is approaching child
star purgatory by this point. Shes been on the show 6 seasons and is very lucky to
have had even that. Since she got no exit storyline, which was a damn shame, this is sort
of her swan song episode. Life goes on after Kids Inc, LOL.

Continuity, gags and themes:
Stacys always the dumb blonde, but its never freaked her out before. The sad
part is that Stacy herself is a straight-A student. This must have been painful.
The kids always want to be singers or superstars when they grow up. No use
for school or tests.
For once, Stacys age is right here.
New Locations: An upstairs to The P*lace

Punderstanding: Stacy
and her strength comes from within speech.
Solos:
Kenny (1)
Stacy (2)
Episode Total: 3
Total: to be determined later
Performance outfits:
Green/pink and checkered skirts. Oh, and Stacys Africa pendant that seems a bit out
of place here
yeah, those were popular in the late 80s/early 90s
- Wait, Stacys 14?? She was 9 in 85! Stacy is the one character they keep
giving inconsistent ages to throughout her run. Shes either the youngest or the
oldest, so they downgrade or upgrade her age whenever it suits them.
- You can see upper windows in The P*lace during an exterior shot. Whats up there is
anyones guess
probably storage. Back when The Palace was new, it was common for
people to live above their businesses, so perhaps it was an apartment.
Kenny is given the job of philosopher which he deems too deep
Robin is given the job of nurse but she faints at the slight of blood
Richie is given the job of college professor, for his calm, quiet personality
isnt that the best job in the whole entire universe?? AAH, a gorilla!
