Peter Pam

Introducing: --
Everyone is in the storeroom reading when Renee bursts in with news for the majority of
them: the girls' mother is pregnant.
(Oddly enough, they cant seem to say pregnant on the show)
While the kids argue over names, Stacy is unexcited. Shes not looking forward to
being usurped from her role as baby of the family. Gloria unwittingly gives her an idea,
and is helped out by the deafening noise of Riley with a head cold.
Too many plot points have helped Stacy make up her mind by the next number, and like it or
not, we and the rest of the Kids are dragged along to Never Never Land with
her. Oh, wait, shes not Stacy shes Peter Pam, with an M!

Naturally, the story wouldn't be complete without a villain, and the show
wouldn't be complete without one laugh-out-loud moment, so we get both in Riley-I mean,
Captain Hook and his pirates. Even with all their cackling and skullduggery, they are
easily defeated by a bunch of kids.

After a while, the novelty wears off, and the kids want to go home. Peter Pam can't even
think of leaving until she's had her solo, but eventually she concedes. She even manages
to send them right back to the end of the last number.
The others are a bit shocked at Stacy's reversal of mood. They're even more perplexed when
she reveals how she got there.
Yes, this is TV, so nobody remembers a thing about Never Never Land or the
rags they were wearing or shooing off striped pirates. Fortunately for Stacy, Tinkerbell
(the "Incorporated" wisp in a cameo) stops by to freak them all out.

I gave this episode 3.5 mics because its definitely one of the better episodes of
the 3rd season. Moosie does not get to sing much, but his songs are actually really cool.
I have to admit though, I was kind of getting annoyed with Gina's cackling Mr. Smee
character.
Peter Pam may be brave and powerful in Never-Never Land and all, but if you watch during
"Yo Ho Ho", Renee has to help her swing across the rocks.
The only negative part about this whole episode is that the girls poor mother ends
up being pregnant for over 20 years! Not one mention at all during the rest of the season
or the next. Good thing I came along with a fanfic, huh?
